I. Appointment Booking and Cancellation Policy

To book an appointment, please call us, visit our website, or use our online booking platform.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy:

  • Cancellations: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
  • Late Cancellations: Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total service cost.
  • No-Shows: Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in a charge of 100% of the service cost.

We reserve the right to request a deposit for high-value services or during busy periods. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made within 24 hours.


II. Payment Policy

  • Payment is required in full at the time of service.
  • We accept cash, EFTPOS, and credit/debit cards.
  • Bank Transfer

Outstanding Payments:

  • Any unpaid balances will incur a 2% monthly interest fee.
  • If payment remains outstanding, we reserve the right to engage a third-party debt recovery agency or pursue legal action. Any associated fees or costs will be the client’s responsibility.
  • Additionally, any previously applied discounts or payment plans will be voided, and the full service cost will be reinstated.

III. Salon Rules and Regulations

To ensure a professional and comfortable environment for all clients, the following rules apply:

  • Clients must behave respectfully and professionally while in the salon.
  • Food and drink are not permitted in the salon area.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to any client who does not comply with these rules.

  • Dallas Hair PTY LTD is committed to providing the highest standard of service. However, we are not liable for any allergic reactions, damage to personal property, or injuries sustained during or after a service.
  • Clients are encouraged to provide accurate health and hair history to ensure the best outcome.
  • All services are non-refundable once completed unless required under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

All content, branding, trademarks, and materials associated with Dallas Hair PTY LTD are protected under Australian copyright laws. Clients may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written consent.

If services are terminated, any unused prepaid amounts will be refunded unless the termination was due to unpaid fees or non-compliance.

Client Rights:

  • Services that are fit for the purpose disclosed by the client.
  • Remedies for major failures, including repairs, replacements, or refunds, if required by law.

Client Responsibilities:

  • It is the client’s responsibility to report any issues with their service promptly. Dallas Hair PTY LTD must be given the opportunity to rectify any issues before the client seeks external resolution or services elsewhere.

VIII. Unpaid Services and Third-Party Involvement

  • Failure to pay for services as agreed will result in immediate cancellation of any discounts or payment plans, with the full cost of all services reinstated.
  • Outstanding payments referred to a third-party collection agency will incur all associated fees and charges, which will be the responsibility of the client.
  • Clients must settle all outstanding balances promptly to avoid legal escalation.

IX. Miscellaneous Provisions

  • If any part of these Terms and Conditions is deemed unenforceable, the remainder will continue to apply.
  • Dallas Hair PTY LTD reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
